Poor delivery service

What is going on with the arbour crossing branch. In the past i ordered a washing maching machine from them. It was only delivered THREE DAYS AFTER the promised delivery date.

On Saturday i bought a fridge. Delivery date was promised on Tuesday. But NOTHING. Not even a phone call to explain. I phoned this morning. I was promised it was on the way. I have waited all day. It's three o clock now and still NOTHING. This is not good enough.

Over the last year i have bought a new double bed and a new couch from other stores. These were both delivered promptly on the due date with no hassle.

Your service is sorely lacking and I find myself disappointed. This will probably be my very last purchase from House &Home.
