poor customer support

I ordered online on 21st April for store collection. I emailed customer care on Monday no response. I went on website to track doesn't work can't track i emailed and submitted enquiry on website all you get is an automated responses saying someone will contact you which never hapoens. When you call the customer care line same leave a message someone will contact you and that never hapoens. Which is frustrating first time ordering from house and home and very disappointed with service.
