Poor customer service

I bought Picasso dinning chairs onthe 2nd of January 2024 at House and home in Potchefstroom. On the 28th of January the chairs were broken. I have been sending complaints to the store, till date we haven't received any response about either fixing the chairs or replacing nor refunding them.
