Poor customer service

after numerous attempts to get hold of the Westville branch whom ignored my emails from the start of an order till the last day, any attempt i made was worthless, house & home pavilion sucks!, very pore customer service it was my first and last order with them!!!, they act as if they are the only furniture store we have in south Africa
