Poor customer service at house and home in Pavillion

Yoooo yoooh house and home in Pavilion Durban, service is so bad, I recently bought a sleeping couch few days later the couch is ton and I call in and requested to speak to my sales lady that wad assisting me Happy she was not available, went to the store one of the days and found her it was on a Sunday I showed her pictures and she asked me to email them to her so that she will forward them to the complaint department on the next day which was going to be Monday morning. Waited for the feedback on that week no call no email following week on a Saturday called again the store and spoke to an African guy explained myself and my issue and he said he will check and get back to nothing and a week after called again and spoke to Happy my sales lady and she told me that let her check and she will get back to me nothing, today I called in and asked to speak to the store manager they kept me on line and after about 20 minutes waiting somebody cringed his tough and dropped the phone. I called back after being dropped nobody bothered to answer. Thier service is bull****
