Poor customer service

I purchased a fridge on 20 Nov 2023 online. They must send a fridge from the warehouse to Matlosana house and home as per communication through email. It is now 10 days later and I haven’t received my purchase. I tried to phone them and email. And there is no answer or a reply on the email! How pathetic is the service?? There isn’t any customer service. And I need my fridge!!!
