Poor customer service

I bought a couch from House & Home at the Pavilion. I was promised that the couch would be delivered today between 08:00 - 10:00 this morning. The couch was only delivered at 13:30 after I’ve had to cancel all my plans. When the couch was delivered, it couldn’t fit at the door and I called the store to inform them and the person that was assisting me advised that the couch should be returned to the warehouse and I must come back to the store to collect my money. I’ve been here at the store and Alicia Haripasad (the Store Manager) has been telling me to leave without my money because they don’t have it at the store. This is R13999.99 (plus R450) for delivery and I am being told to leave and go back home because the store doesn’t have it. I need to go and pay for the couch elsewhere but this is not possible because the Manager doesn’t even want to assist and she has been giving me serious attitude. I am not at all pleased with the kind of service I am receiving here.
