Poor customer service

The item that I have lay-by online and paid it up I was told that it was sold out upon arrangement of delivery. Now that I need my money back I’m being transferred from one department to another with no solution. It’s been 2 full weeks now, lately I can’t even get through their online customer service because they’re receiving high number of calls “apparently”. All I need is my money paid !!!!
