Poor customer service

I've purchased goods from house and home in Pietermaritzburg brookside mall worth R32000 The sales men kept phoning and worrying us to come and buy the goods which are 3 queen size beds a lounge set and a head board The first time we went to the store the sales men named Brandon promised us free delivery and a discount on items When we go to purchase the goods the next week he then says there's a delivery charge They then deliver the goods in the rain The main complaint is we told the store we've only had the items for less than a week and 2 of the queen beds have sunk in the middle and the one lounge set sofa is also sunken in, we've been to the store twice, spoke to the manager and he says someone will come check the goods but up till Today no one has house and home wanted the sale but gives poor service and broken promises I don't recommend this store, they only good to you to sweeten you up during the sale but don't live up to their word after the sale
