Poor customer service

I am so upset with the lack of customer service from this place. We paid a deposit for an item before the black friday and then paid the balance on thursday also before black friday only to find out that they have given first preferance to people who paid way after me just because they paid in full. What is the point of a deposit then? Its been 7 days my item has not been delivered and i have to keep calling back for feedback. I am disgusted. This is not the way to treat customers, its the 2nd Cash purchase i have made from here but after my experience it is definitely my last. House and home extremely disappointed.
