Poor customer service!

*** & *** I ordered the stuff on the 3rd of April I was told my order is available same day for collection when went to collect my two orders none of there all were outstock. But why send me to shop to collect something that's isn't there. Isn't supposed to checked that first before tell customer.

23rd April requested for the refund since my items were still not there I sent all the required vendor form, proof bank acc and the ID 13/05/2025 till now haven't received. feedback. When call online shopping line everyone is transferring me to another person and the last 3rd person isn't answering.
