Poor customer service

I am writing to follow up on a query I submitted on the 12th regarding a product I purchased at your Alberton store. As of today, I have yet to receive any feedback, despite reaching out via email.

The lack of response is highly disappointing, and the poor customer service I have encountered is unacceptable. I kindly request an immediate update on the status of my query, as well as a clear response to my concerns.
