POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....???

On the 24th of February 2019 I went to house n home in hemingways mall East London to open a account I was handled very poorly by the management there the salesman that was trying to help me was very nice but their managers has a lack of customer care this was very shocking it's like they don't want to help me today again I tried to call their head office and the same thing happened how is this that all of them do not know what customer service is it's so shocking ? the way they treat their customers but they want to sell stuff this was the worst I have ever seen......... Will go to a other furniture shop to get my stuff I want to thank u but no thank u to house and home......?????
