Poor Customer service

My sister bought a play station online on the 27th November 2024, we only received an order number with an invoice after that nothing has been communicated. We tried reaching out by phoning your house and home but the is No consultant to answer, emails no response.. Very poor customer service don't bother buying from them thats a terrible service ever
