Poor customer care service

House and home rustenburg and their customer care doesn't value their customers. They just don't care..... Customer care line they don't pick up the calls and don't get back to you as promised, it's just frustrating. I bought 2 bar stool only to find that 1 has factory fault after 2 months, now they want to repair it because they don't have chairs in-stock. I don't want a repaired chair, I want a new one. Then they refund one chair, what must I do with different chairs in my house? I bought them as a pair. They don't even consider the fact that they don't have a matching chair for me, they want to shove this faulty chair on my throat. You can do better than this house and home.
