Poor customer care ! And zero dams given for business!

No customer care and zero dams given to get the sale done! Wanting to charge full price for a chair that is Demo stock and is dirty. When asked for discount it was decided that they will only give R64 when the chair 3 days ago was selling at R999. I will NEVER come to house and home again!
