Poor Aftersales when things go wrong

<p>East Rand Retail centre in Boksburg is very quick to take your money but dragging it's feet when it comes to seling you stuff you do not want and basically telling you sorry. I got a 3 piece sofa set from them, after a few months it started to sag, there was 1000 stories why they could not collect, so i paid for mover company to have it taken to them, i told them i would like my money back, then all of a sudden there is a warrently issue. You dont get the full the 12 months.... after 6 months the warrently changes... When did that happen? Only 6 of the 12 months is a full warentee.. Please can you explain this to me. I see that your poor customer after sales showes as you have not responded to any of these complaints in a while on hellepeter. I also took an DStv decoder that was faulty after 3 months of use. The manager of the store tells the complaints clerk take a new decoder out the box and take the broken one and send it with the new box back and only give me the decoder back. The clerk left, after 45 mins i went back up to get my replaced decoder, nothing was done. She was just sitting there. I then asked the lady next to her did she do anything, the lady (whos pic is attached) tells me they dont listen to management as she is a fat white person that does not know anything that happens here and they do what they want to do as they must answer at the end of the day if the **** hits the fan. WHY THE **** DO YOU HAVE MANAGEMENT IF THIS IS YOUR STAFFS ATTITUE AGAINST MANAGEMENT"? FIRE THE MANAGEMENT TEAM THEN!!!!!!!!!</p>
