Poor after service

Afternoon I have bought a fridge freezer hisense at house and home, firstly I am struggling to know where my guarantee card is for 3 years or 4 not sure. Then i asked regarding the draws in the freezer I had a first fridge delivered to me with dents in which was replaced by them but then I received the 2nd one that looks differently on the inside 2 draws only previous one had 3 asked for help no one gets back to me my person i have been communicating with is Quinton
