Pls help me sort this out

I bought a toploader cash at house and home since I bought it I've been gettin an error message (e6) dats when da lid isn't closed properly I thawt it might go away maybe it was just then bt it kept doin da same thing I phned n da lady said they gonna contact me 2 let me knw when they gonna cum out 2 luk at it its been 2 wks n still nuthin n I must still struggle with da washin machine it's really ****in me off
