Please deliver my chair, I beg.

Hi all,

I wasn’t looking forward to be writing this complaint but it you guys left me with no choice.

I am still awaiting a delivery of my office chair, I wanted to cancel it as I needed urgently however I was convinced that the latest it’s gonna get into the store is December 15th 2023 … I was charged for delivery already on the agreement but people are not delivering nor responsive to messages.

If this chair cannot be delivered this week I’m happy that you cancel it and I’ll take a different available in the store. Can I just get someone to contact and tell me what is going on please as I’m in the dark and really need this chair.
