Phased off

I purchased a stove from this store in gateway ... tried calling the store numbers don't go through ... went to the store the lady advised me their warehouse has stock of it and i can just come through with my slip and pick it up only to come here and wait because that stupid last didn't capture my details on their system so now I have to wait on Christmas eve for my stove and for Gateway to answer their phone's ....pathetic service ... will never ship here again or recommend them ever
