Payment is going through but no deduction and reciept

I have been trying to do online laybye from the 30th on two tectonic beds that I clearly made clear my intention to pay them up by Tuesday.I called online department and they transferred me to Laybuy department,I talked with 4different people the whole day explaining that the beds are on sale till the 4th today and I need to Laybuy before the date,the website takes me to pay gate and I put in my banking details and payment is successful but no money is deducted on my side and no email confirming email.i have called till I lost hope.today I called they are not working and it’s the last day of the sale please advice because I really want the beds but after looking at the reviews I doubt I will get the help I deserve.please help find out why it says payment successful but no money is deducted?Also help me do the Laybuy before it ends.Thanks,hoping for a better customer service
