PAY ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!!

I have had the worst service from House and home at 14th Avenue Roodepoort. Upon retuning an item day after delivery to their store was advised they don have cash to refund me, my husband cannot return the item as I'm the one who bought it and that they needed the original receipt. Received a call during the week to tell me to come collect my refund and to bring the same document together with my ID by a very rude lady who was screaming at me so loud that my collegues could hear her. This is after i was blind transferred to her. She put the phone down having been advised that i would come through on saturday with her documents to get my refund. Today i receive a call while at work to be advied to collect my refund and that they have been trying to get hold of me the whole day, after advising the lady of the interaction in the week and that i was only available on weekends, she again gave someone else the phone who now wanted a different set of receipts. House and Home, you have your item back in stock, Please refund me back what is due to me. You clearly don't all work for the same company cause you all have different versions of requirements. all i know is that i want all my money back .

Please train your staff including management on TCF and customer care. I cannot be yelled at by some untrained and ill mannered people for money that is due to me.
