Pay back my money

I settled my account but did not take into consideration the debit order that also went through. Thus you owe me in excess of R1700. You have made no effort to pay me my money back. When I went into the store they gave me long stories. I would like a refund and literally will not be making any purchases at house and home going forward because your customer service and customer experience of dealing with you is bad on all levels. From initial sale to wasting my time with delivery to having to go into store to make 1st payment even though u have all details and enough time to lodge debit order to this ordeal
