Pathetic service from Rustenburg branch again!

2 months ago i bought a washing machine online from House and Home. I went to the Rustenburg store after about 3 weeks because no one contacted me. When i got there no one knew nothing! Thanks to Hellopeter i got my machine after 2 months ! Last week i went into the store to purchase a fridge and freezer. I took the fridge immediately and was told the freezer will be there on Thursday and they will call me. I waited and waited, the following week Monday i phoned to ask what is going on. I was told that it will come today. So i left work and arranged transport. I called at 12 she said its soon to be there. I called at 2 she said it will come soon she'll phone me. I called at 4 she said there's a delay and its coming. Finally almost at she called and said its not there. This is ridiculous! They have wasted my time almost every time i purchased anything from House and Home. Now what i need is a full refund or the goods must be delivered to me free of charge !
