Once again i will write as nothing has been done by house and home pavilion. In fact besides making me take a day off work to receive my goods as promised which i did not and was only informed of this after 2pm they now tell me they don't have my lounge suite which i signed a contract for and paid 10k deposit for and took out insurance for these goods which im currently paying for but don't have my goods by useless house and home pavilion.

The reason im so angry is house and home just ruined our Christmas in our new home which we moved into on the 8th of december 2021 and was promised our goods by 21st of this month and still hasn't come and we have no idea or word from management or sales as to when my stuff will arrive.

Now according to law and contracts I've signed and insurance I'm paying for, for goods i haven't received. This review is now attached to fb and other social media platforms.
