Pathetic service from house and home. Over 100k in purchases and the worst branch I've dealt with.

Terrible service and internal communications. This is my second account with house and home. Your salesman needs a brief course in sales and keeping the client in the loop. I took a day off work because i was promised delivery of my purchase today the 22nd of December 2021 and i get a call at 1:56pm that your guys are fully booked and cannot deliver. When would you guys know you fully booked with your contractors a day before. I will post this on all my media pages and let my followers on every social platform know how useless you guys are and greedy coz you don't give a damn once we have signed. I think i should reverse the whole deal and purchase elsewhere. I purchased for over 50k and purchase before for around 40k. I dont accept this kind other service from a reputable name. But i will show house and home my advertising degree and how i can make a impact and influence others never to buy. I will create memes on you guys useless service and cost me a day of work which is money in my pocket. I will never recommend you guys and will blast your name wherever i go. One full day of my time gone when i could of been making money at work. Who's going to reimburse me for this inconvenient pathetic way in which this was all handled. Not that i want or need your money but i want justice for this ******* service. Geen and richards, and even lewis is better than you guys.
