Pathetic service from House and Home Kempton Park

It's unfortunate that I cannot give a zero or negative rating for this business. We bought a Defy fridge on credit from House and Home at the Festival Mall in Kempton Park, it was delivered on the 6th of November 2022 and it has never worked. We reported it to the store on the 8th of November and a technician was sent to assess it on the 11th of November. The following week my wife decided she no longer wants the Defy brand and opted for another one. The store assistant then said they will wait for Defy to authorize the warranty claim before delivering the other fridge.

A month later, the Defy is still sitting in my house gathering dust, calls to the store have proved to be a wasted effort because the people we keep getting referred to in the shop, (Walter and Emily) just do not want to sort out this matter. At this point we want to cut ties with this store and go elsewhere. If it was possible I would give them a negative rating but 1 star will just have to do.
