pathetic service

I bought a Hisense fridge from house & home in the Pavilion Mall Durban, the fridge stopped working, I have been waiting for it to be fixed for over 4 weeks now, when I enquired from the sales agent why is this the case he told me the fridge is from Hisense I must deal with Hisense and not with him. I failed to understand why this was the case as I bought the fridge from House and Home and not Hisense. The level of rudeness from the sales consultant is appalling, the after service that you get from House and Home is extremely pathetic, I don't think I will be buying from the store in this lifetime. I have bought a lot of things from house and home but after this experience definitely will be advising any against because of Sphiwe.
