Pathetic service

Extremely disappointed bin the service of this store and communication as a whole. I bought a bed from them when I went to collect it after waiting for almost 2 weeks I was given the wrong bed and told it's the same bed just different material used as the their supplier no longer has stock. I could clearly see this was not the bed I paid for. I was then given the run around for another week as they were still trying to locate a store that could have the same bed.they came back to me and told me that they can't find the bed, at which stage I then asked for a refund. They said the only way I could do that is if I get an affidavit from the police station which I did. After that they asked that I give them a few days to gather the money and they would come back to me I have recieved no communication from them and infact I am the one who has to keep following up and speaking to they're very arrogant supervisors only to keep getting told more stories. They cannot keep to they're own deadlines. What I don't understand is why is such a busy unable to refund a client in a timely manner. Instead I'm told to come and collect bits and pieces of my money. I M highly disappointed and would not recommend this store to anyone.
