Pathetic service

I ordered a washing machine online on the 21st of may and I was told that it would be delivered within 3 working days, I still haven't received any communication to date, when I call they don't answer their phones and when I engaged them on their social media profile they just keep giving me the runaround and brush me off and told me they will contact me, it's been 3 days now waiting for someone from house and home to call me but nothing. They haven't responded to any of my emails either.. This is unacceptable. Their customer service is pathetic, and I will never purchase anything from them ever again. At this point, I just want my money back.
