Pathetic service

I am very disgusted in House and home service I have contacted the branch in Constantia Kloof several times complaining about my sleeper couch that has broke... I bought this couch on the 27th May I contacted the store and spoke to Pinky and another guy that stood in for Pinky the day she was not there, they both advised that they will give me a call back as I have lost my receipt.
