Pathetic service and lies

Bought a queen mattress, when in store was told to do purchase online and would get delivery same afternoon. Went straight home and did payment, emailed to store as told and after 3 different email addresses went through. After numerous calls to salesperson asked for manager and was told would call me in morning as needed to clear first. No call so I called in and told hasn't cleared takes 24 hours well it's being 24 hours and nothing. Guess lies are told in store to sell items. Also delivery in store is 350 online 800. Lockdown *******s. Can send pop and they say doesn't help.
