Pathetic service and lack of professionalism for your staff

I called House and Home Greenacres Port Elizabeth on the 21st around 13:05 to enquire about the availability of Samsung HW-B650 sound bar. I was transferred to a lady called Kim who informed me they have 5 in-store. She assured me that she would put it aside and that I should ask for her when I got to the store. I rushed to the store and got there around 13:45 when the store was closing at 14:00 due to the public holiday. She asked a EXTREMELY LAZY GENTLEMAN whose name I didn't catch to assist me as she was busy with someone else. [The reason for saying he is lazy, there was another elder gentleman who I assume to be the store manager, was shouting at some of the stuff who were sitting down while the were a number of customers at the counter not getting help. He was one of the people sitting down.] Kim informed him the sound bar was in the back in storage and pointed it out on the in-store pamphlet. The guy went around in circles every time coming back empty handed until the time was 14:00 at which point he informed the cashiers who were still in the store had checked out and that they would not be able to assist with the actual payment. I even informed him that had negotiated with an Uber driver to take me to the store and back for R300.00 so I could get there, pay for the sound bar the go back home. His reply was that there's nothing he can do.
