Pathetic Service and ******ion

On the 09/08 we have visited the House and home in Forest Hill Mall where we purchased a lounge suit, when purchasing the item we spoke to Karabo who was persistent about the sale, we confirmed that we reside opposite the mall and we spoke of delivery ???? Karabo was like don't worry he will sort it out in the deal and the delivery charge was at R0 on invoice because of this, happy about the fact we purchased the item and was promised delivery the same day at around 12 a clock. Waiting for delivery and over 10 calls to confirm around the time that the delivery will occur, we were promised times and call backs but it did not occur,Karabo had spoken very rudely to us...we finally got really irritated by the fact and walked into the store and requested to speak to a manager, which Karabo did want us to do, we then discussed the matter with a manager could not get her name who was also very rude and unhelpful in the matter and because we wished to escalated the matter Karabo and the manager now decides that we will need to pay the delivery fee of R300 which we found was a way of ******ion and if you are promised and sold on a R0 charge for delivery now why this, so we asked for a refund as the way we were treated as if we were not worth being clients. We further contacted them back and paid the delivery fee, but is there no customer service, the manager was ready to give the money back.
