Pathetic service

If I could give a zero rating I would. House and Home Cape Gate is pathetic!

I bought a set of couches in June, when it was delivered one piece was broken, so I booked it in for repairs. I waited 3 weeks for the piece to be returned. Shortly thereafter another piece broke, I booked it in for repairs and it was gone for a month and a half, when it came back it was still not repaired. Now I'm waiting for a month to have the piece replaced because I don't want them to fix it only for it to return not fixed after 2 months again.
