Pathetic Service

Not even one star. Pathetic service from House and Home Cape Gate. Once you paid for your furniture, we must wait 5 days for delivery. Purchased the 7seater recliner on Saturday. Promised delivery on Wednesday. Whereafter they phoned and re-scheduled for Tursday. This is now Tursday afternoon and still no call back or delivery. When I phone for delivery time and progress, no one can help and sales lady Tika E is always busy. Pathetic service and super dissapointed.
