Pathetic Service

I went into your House and Home Shop Cape Gate to purchase a Skyworth tv. There was no stock and only the one on display. I told the sales consultant i will pay cash for the one on display and asked if i could get a discount seeing its on display and you dont have extra. I asked for discount and the manager refused. What about going the extra mile for the customer. i am totally disgusted by the service and will never buy there again. The manager is totally unfriendly. That was my last purchase there and you will never see me again. i will rather go to Game or Makro.
