Pathetic Service

Absolutely BAD ! We bought a mattress and base on the 11 April 2018. (Warranty for 1 year from purchasing date) We started noticing problems with the base and the mattress about March 2019. So we went to the shop to inquire about our warranty. This was on 6 April 2019. We went to the back desk and asked for someone to contact us the next day. We got told YES. And so we called them on the 11th April and explained our story and who ever answered, told me someone will get back to me. I've asked to talk to managers, some in charge, and all i keep on hearing...Sorry no one is here. So i left it, to see how long it will take them. Till today, 20 May 2019 and i have not heard anything back from them. This is unacceptable and this needs to be sorted out. We contacted them before our warranty expired.
