Pathetic Service

I've been calling the pavilion store for the past 2 days. I had to call the store over 10 times for them to answer then I get directed to the department that can help and there again no answer. I requested the manager to call me back and no call back since yesterday morning. Last week I went to the same store to purchase a washing machine and the sales agent told me that they can match any other stores price, time to match they had to call the regional manager to confirm in which took over a hour. The manager is so untidy with his shirt hanging out and stuff. This clear shows that management is useless & untidy so the staff is following the same footsteps.
