Pathetic service

Terrible service I bought a Samsung top loader 19kg machine on black Friday, system was not working but they made sure that they taking my money, after that they told me that they will call which they didn't, I went to the store on Sunday they told me that their system has crashed they will call me, they didn't call me again, I call them from Tuesday last week without getting any help, I'm the one who is calling not them, on Saturday my husband was there, He was told that the are waiting for stock until today no call, service of house & home is pathetic, I will never buy anything from them ever
