Pathetic secure from House and Home

Placed an order online and paid for the product on the 25 November 2022. Received no correspondence or delivery as yet. Sent them an email. No response to that. Don't even ask about the numbers given to call. Endless wait, no answer all at my expense (last number not a sharecall or toll free). Still no idea if and when I'll get delivery or my money back. For such a long standing business, the shoddy treatment is appalling.
