Pathetic quality and service

Purchased a monroe L shaped suite and I’m appalled by the quality I received.

The couch legs were cracked, the canvas underneath was torn and there was loose threads hanging all over.

I contacted the store and told them about my displeasure and was told to come in to receive a discount on any couch I wanted or the current couch.

I visited the store and every couch I asked for was not “in stock” or there was some excuse given to me, this is unacceptable and no discount was given. I don’t recall the manager of the store paying for petrol every time I have to go back and forth to the store or compensating me for my losses incurred on this couch.

Extremely dissatisfied customer!
