PATHETIC PRODUCTS AND *********/"HILARIOUS" SERVICE !!

House and Home at Gateway Shopping Mall has to be the worst service and quality of goods. I purchased a "new" refrigerator that gave me endless problems, it seemed to have been a returned refrigerator because the item was already opened up, stickers removed, etc. Once we received a new one years later we had an abundance of issues thereafter and are still experiencing it with receiving the warranty and other related documentation. At the time of purchasing the refrigerator we also purchased a "new" microwave, upon signing the handover for the microwave and later examining it there was a "RETURN" sticker hidden inside. In addition, it took me 4 years to get a return of R500 that was due to me. I am absolutely shocked at the amount of times I have attempted to contact them and even when walking into the store the employees would hide their faces and walk away when they saw me or make excuses as to everything being archived. I am absolutely astonished at the poor and pathetic service that I have received.
