Pathetic House & Home

I recently bought a faulty Washing Machine from House & Home in Sandton. When I tried to return it the Manager there said "the supplier would contact me". Why the hell should I have to deal with a supplier when I didn't purchase the Washing Machine from a supplier? Pathetic!
