Pathetic customer service skills

Pathetic customer service. My first experience of buying from this store. Fourways mall staff lies. They told me my stuff will be delivered every day from the day after I bought. 5 days later they cut my calls when I call. The manager **** that they will deliver my items. But they didn't. They put me in such an inconvenience. I will never buy from this store again!!!
