PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a beautiful deep Freezer from during the festive season only to find out that the darn thing does not work and when I tried to return it the MNGR of the store tells me that he cannot refund me the cash I paid for this item as he has no cash in the store. PATHETIC Customer service guys to which I am so dissapointed. ALL My meat went off which made my XMAS go south, they did not even try to re-imburse me any of those costs either.
