Pathetic Customer Service

I don't know why I still try and do business with House and Home... A week ago I went to HH Alberton City to get a quote on Blinds for my House.. Aparantly the guy that do the quotes is out and they took all my details in the book and will get the guy to call me with the quote.. I'm still waiting for HH Alberton City to call me.. A week later and I'm still waiting. Pathetic everytime when I go to HH Alberton City I have problems.. Guess what I will never ever set foot inside any HH again..
