Pathethic service

Made an online purchase on 18 June 2020.

Received an email on 19 June 2020 (copied in) that someone will contact me for delivery.

No communication since then.

Sent an enquiry on 30 June 2020 on the delivery of the product to the email provided for contact.

Received an email ( copied in) for someone to respond to me on the delivery.

Received a call at 15:30 on 30 June 2020 from a customer service agent asking if I ordered the product from OK.

I was also asked if I sent the enquiry to House and home because she works for OK.

I mean. Really. What unprofessional **** is this. I dont care where you work, I want my order which I already paid for.

If I do not receive my order delivered by 01 July 2020, I want House and home to refund my money so I can go purchase from reputable shops who are serious about keeping their customers happy
