PAID up account not updated at itc

This will not be a unnecessarily long report.The short and sweet of it is please dont ruin the long friendship.I have been buying here for many years on account and cash.I just viewed my last credit report at itc and it shows my last payment was june 2014.that account was settled so WHY IS IT NOT REFLECTING AS PAID UP AT ITC????You will NOT be given long than a week to sort out,nor phone me to say it will take a month to reflect at itc.It was settled almost a year ago,so i don't want to hear excuses.Your false report is having a negative effect at itc so rectify before i involve relevant ombudsman.Thanks
